Grout Sample Test
For micropile and mini bore pile applications, we typically prepare grout cube samples of size 50x50x50 mm, taken from each batch during production. The samples are tested according to industry standards—often at 7, 14, and 28 days—to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Key parameters:
- Compressive Strength: Ensures the grout can withstand structural loads.
- Workability: Confirms that the grout can flow and fill the bore sufficiently.
- Water-Cement Ratio: Monitored to ensure the right balance between strength and pumpability.
